Refund policy

At Delura Home we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

14-day right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK consumers may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Notify us within this period by emailing service@delurishop.com with your order number.

Returns: You then have 14 days to send the goods back, in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping: Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service.

Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact service@delurishop.com for a repair, replacement or full refund (including return postage) under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
