Processing time: orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times (after dispatch): Standard delivery 3–5 business days. Large or bulky items (wall panels) up to 2–3 weeks, delivered by a dedicated freight service for safe, damage-free transport.

Delivery costs: calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Damaged in transit: contact service@delurishop.com as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
